Day 21 involved a morning run/jog for about 25 minutes at our nearby school track that is rundown and no one uses. Its a great hidden gem where I can be close to home. Running on sidewalks kind of scares me that I might fall. I've already done that a couple of years ago.
Day 22: nothing
Day 23 is today. I'm hoping some sit ups at least.
